When I seen this I was happy to find something that says it will help them be stronger and well it made them "thicker" but there are bubbles after it dries. And it took 2 hours to completely dry and not to mention it's gooey and has "strings" from it when you pull the brush out of the bottle. I'm going to toss it in and garbage and I will not be using this product anymore. Big disappointment!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Kim17 from LOVE IT! I love, love, LOVE this product. I have been using it for over a year, and will continue to use it forever! My nails are much harder, and hardly ever break anymore, (even when doing extra tough jobs around the house, like finishing our basement!) I hope they never stop making it!! I will say, it does get very thick after just a short amount of time, (maybe a month or less), but I just use an eyedropper to add some acetone in and it's good as new. I only use one coat as a base, and usually let that dry for several hours or overnight before applying two coats of color. Sometimes I use it as a top coat, sometimes I don't.

Rated 4 out of 5 by NinjaKitty from professional results I bought this product to get a gel finish without having to get a second job to pay for one of those LED lights and special polishes. I am mostly impressed. The finish is very shiny and my nails are hard. I applied in the following manner, based on a tip I saw on Pinterest; gel coat, color, gel coat, color, fast drying clear top coat (color and clear top coat were not Sally Hansen products). The gel coat does take a while to dry, but I applied the next coat while the gel was still tacky and once the top coat dried, I was good to go. No bubbles or chipping or breaking, the only thing I have noticed after a week of wear is that the color is starting to wear away at the tip of the nail; but that's better than what I am used to with just polish and a clear top coat.

Rated 5 out of 5 by TiaDanielle55 from This product works great... I started using this product along with the maximum growth in 2012 and I just used those two products and over a course of a few months I had unbelievable growth and durability to my nails. I didn't use any color at the time and everyone thought I had tips on. I use this product every week in my daily nail looks and it gives a gel like finish. I speak highly of this product in my photos on Facebook and Instagram and on my Youtube channel.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Outsevenbucks from AWFUL! ! I have weak, peeling nails so I thought this would be the answer to my prayers. I especially liked the pink color. That was ALL I liked about this product. It applied extremely uneavenly...thin in some areas, thick in others. It never dried between coats, despite using a fan to speed up the drying time. I am by no means a professional manicurist, but I DO know how to properly apply nail polish. After several attempts, I finally threw in the towel & gave up. I would have been more satisfied with the result had I NOT bought this & just burned 7 dollar bills (price I paid for this useless junk) Do NOT waste your money on this!! I'm sorry that I did.

Rated 5 out of 5 by QL87 from Second generation long time user One of the first things people say when meeting me is that I have my mother's nails. We have long, strong and smooth natural nails. On the other hand, people who don't know her are always surprised to hear that my nails are natural and not acrylic. For as long as I can remember nail care has been a normal routine in my family. Our secret? Sally Hansen. I can't tell you the last time I "broke a nail" and if at a certain time I did, it was probably winter, I had no polish on them, and it was a corner chipping off. The biggest flaw in my nails is that I have peeling if get lazy for a while and don't use a basecoat. This product solves that issue. I have used the Hard as Nails line for years and years. I do manicures about once every month, but change my polish color and clean my nails down about twice a week. The Hard as Nails line working great for a base coat, and a top coat. This specific Hard as Wraps is my favorite. Granted, after about a week of typing, dishes, and other normal activities the tips of my color begin to chip off, but by then I'm ready for a new color anyway. If I really like a color, I will just apply another coat of hard as nails about three days after painting my nails and continue to do so every few days, it has never let me down. In response to the gooping in the bottle after using it, this goes for any nail polish, a few drops of acetone and you're ready to go again! Usually one bottle lasts close to a year, and I use it numerous times a week. I've tried almost every brand of polish available and this is what I've found: Pairing Sally Hansen products gives me the best results, the longest wear, and the prettiest nails around...oh and I'm not paying that $50 every two weeks and destroying my nails for the same look and strength at a salon with acrylics! Try it out, but remember, there's no magic in a bottle, you have to maintain the health of your nails too.
