Extra Strength Creme Hair Bleach is the perfect solution to lighten stubborn, unwanted hair. Wash and dry the area to be bleached. Use a cotton ball to apply Pre-Conditioner to the skin. This prepares even stubborn hair to be lightened. Using the ML SCALE on the mixing cup, pour Activator to the 5 ML line. Squeeze Extra Strength Creme Hair Bleach into mixing cup, filling to the 15 ML line. Use spatula to mix together until thoroughly blended. Apply to the area to be bleached, covering all hair completely. Leave mixture on for 8 minutes. Wash mixture off with cool water when finished. If needed, mixture can be reapplied for 5 more minutes. Dispose of any remaining mixture and thoroughly clean mixing cup and applicator when finished.
