I love this as a base coat but for the top coat it ended up being more of a matte finish and I was expecting a glossy finish. I love the matte look though! Super easy to apply and I would definitely recommend this product!

This is ok for a top coat but as a base I noticed my nails chipped faster than normal. I wouldn’t purchase again based on this but in a pinch it’s ok.

As my nails tend to be quite weak I'm always on the hunt for a good nail harder so I can grow them a bit longer without breaking and keeping them strong.
I found this dried quickly as a base coat but for some reason I found it harder to apply a polish over the top as it was quite thick. I could actually "peel" the hardener off my nail in one go and did not really harden my nails much if you stop using.

I received this as a free sample for my honest opinion from Influenster. Does what it says it’s does, noticed nails harder after a few uses. It wears off after a few days and needed to reapply. I do not like the smell of polishes so rated less a star. Haven’t seen any growth yet. Will continue to watch !

It does the job. Also, it dries quickly! Great for a base coat for protection, but not really for a top coat for me. It started to peel off after 3 days or 4 days for the top coat. Wish it stays a little bit longer than that... I was using cuticle oil at the same time , it could be because of that... I’m not sure... Overall, it’s not wonderful, but not bad product I think!

I usually don’t use a base coat because I’m lazy. But since this is a 2 in one base coat and top coat, it’s a win win. Applying this before my nail polish really made the nail polish glide on smoothly. I’m not sure if it extended my manicure longer than normal. My nails tend to chip rather quickly. Overall I liked the product.

I really liked that this is a 2 in 1 product since its and all in one with base and top coat. I would definitely recommend this product. The one thing that took away from the product is making sure you don’t overcoat since the dry time with take forever. But overall this is a pretty good item. And Definitely leaves your nails Shiny!!

I really like the consistency of this polish. It provides enough shine to notice but not look cheap. Used as a topcoat, would definitely buy again.

I recently purchased this product to help with my cuticles. The price for the product is overall reasonable as I have been doing my nails at home vs. Going into a salon. This oil is gentle on my nails and surrounding skin and helps soften my cuticles to remove them.

I recently received the Sally Hansen Double Duty base & top coat. The product is thicker, but not too thick. As a base coat it seemed to work well. However, it’s only okay as a top coat. The surface of my nail polish is still slightly bumpy and textured. The product did not dry quickly and didn’t really add to my manicure. It’s only day 2 so it’s hard to judge the longevity; however, so far so decent.

I used this as a base only so far, and have not put any polish over the top. It gives my nails a nice sheen, but not overly shiny look. It does seem to be peeling on the sides, but it could be that there was still some futile oil residue when I applied it. It’s helped my chipped nails stop peeling from the top, which is my main goal with any base coat.

I don’t wear nails polish on my fingernails as much as on my toes but i tried using this and i was surprised at how long lasting it was. I used it as a top coat and it went on smooth. It wasn’t too watery like some of the other brands which was good

It’s a little thick, making it harder to dry your colored nails. However, they definitely last longer for it and I would say it’s worth it.

It's a nice top coat it kept my nail polish on for a week and half. It's also nice if you just want your nails shiny without a color. This top coat is my new favorite because it does what its supposed to do and drys quickly doesn't smear color either. I received this free from influenster.

This works great as a base coat, but the top coat was just okay. Even after drying for hours it still got easily messed up by fabric of bumping it. I have never found a top coat that is perfect, so I would say this is on par with other top coats.

My only issue is with using so many coats it took forever to dry. this momma doesn't always have the time to let my nails dry. but I have never had home done nail polish last this long with our chipping. I have not been careful either. I work with my hands, I have done yard work, I have braided and bobby pinned my daughters hair multiple times. All with no chips!

it's a good base coat however when using it as a top coat as well it does take some time to dry. I will use this as a base coat from now on .. I didn't find the wear to be and different than other drug store base and top coat .

When I first put this on my nails as the base coat I wanted to almost just stop there! My nails has such a shiny beautiful look to them! Once I was finished I will say the top coat isn’t as shiny as I hoped but it still added some shine!

I received this voxbox right before doing a cross country move- it’s been a great protective base and top coat for my natural nails- no chipping and no ragged edges/broken nails, which is a big deal since I am a nail biter and my nails break easily!

It’s so shiny! I don’t really do my nails very often so this is going to be perfect for everyday wear to keep my natural nails looking polished. It still feels like a base coat with the matte texture but it looks glossy and makes my nails look healthy.

I don’t ordinarily use a base coat so it was interesting getting to try this product out, I didn’t get to fully experience how the product faired since I did something shortly after that messed my nails up, I will definitely be trying again but so far so good.

I used this product with a Revlon nail polish. It certainly kept my polish on for longer than it would without any top coat. However, my holy grail (OPI) products still outshine this one. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a good drug store product.

use this as a top coat only, and it keeps color polish on for weeks. My cuticles usually look haggard first before the polish starts to chip. My only complaint is that I have is not fast dry .here is a picture I used with a client

I really liked that this is a 2 in 1 product since it’s a base and a top coat all together and the price is really good. I would definitely recommend this but my only negative comment on this is that takes a long time to dry. So if you are using this product make sure you don’t go to bed a couple of hours later so you don’t ruin your nails.

I received this product complimentary in return for my honest review. So far, I can say this is a good base/top coat! It dries quickly and nicely. It has a nice shine to it but it's not overly shiny. I typically get a manicure with dip powder but every few months I love to let my nails "breathe" for about a month. In between that time, my nails always feel so bare - and this is a great option to use during that time! I like that it's supposed to help strengthen nails - I just have not been using it long enough to say I've genuinely noticed that. I've also used it on my toes before/after I've painted them and I do think using it as a base coat has helped make the polish last longer and look better. This is absolutely a great base/top coat option!
