Apply 2 coats of Disco Ball (wait 3 min. between each coat).
Using the Dotting Tool, apply 1 dot of top coat to the nail and sprinkle the Blue Fringe on top while the top coat is still wet.
Once nail is dry, repeat step 2 with the Silver Fringe. Allow to dry completely.
Repeat step 2 with the Pink Fringe.
