Sheer fabrics like mesh were spotted in so many collections it’s hard to recount. Lace as well as sheer with opaque detailing edged many fabrics, slip dresses, and undershirts.
Lacey fabrics and sheer undershirts especially in white tones were seen at Balenciaga, Celine, Rodarte, Oscar De La Renta, Dior, and Peter Pilotto. The sheer shade of this nail is reminiscent of those lacy fabrics and was abundant on the nails, makeup, sheer illuminated colours, and soft glosses on the cheeks and nails.
There were giant lines of buttons at Opening Ceremony, Proenza Schoeler, Rosie Assoulin, Edun, Celine, scalloped edges at Cushnie et Ochs as well as circular motifs and polka dotting at Edun, Jaquemes and Lanvin. In addition to sheer fabrics this nail features another trend which is the big contrast button motif.
