I hardly ever use a nail polish primer, I haven’t had much luck in the past with them making my nail polish peel. I received the Sally Hansen Miracle Gel color grip primer and immediately used it. It has been great. My nail polish went on smooth and hasn’t chipped.

Very happy with the quality and results. My husband even thought I went and got a pedicure done. Nice formulation. Stays put. I prefer nude colors a little more but this was a nice red.

It is one the best nail polishes my mom ever tried and makes her nails look shiny. It doesn't come off at all she really loves it. It's her favorite and the color is gorgeous.

I received this item through influenster for free to review and give my honest opinion. The Sally Hansen Miracle Gel Color Grip Primer holds up to what it says. It dries super fast and holds the color on for days. It is part of a 3 step system which would include a miracle gel polish of your choice and a miracle gel top coat. In order to get best results follow the 3 step system. I received a white get polish as well as a gel top coat to test with the primer. It has so far kept the polish looking great after just 5 days. I would recommend the primer to any one looking for a lasting painted nail.

This product was easy to put on. The variety of steps was a little tedious, but the polish did last longer than a normal one step polish. It was harder to take off, which was also good. Nice and shiny. I like it!

I do not wear nail polish often, however, I was VERY impressed by this 3 step system. It honestly looks like I got a professional gel manicure. The only negative with so many steps is having to wait for each step to dry. I did 1 coat of the primer, 2 coats of the black color, & 2 coats of the top coat. For anyone looking for a good & "easy" gel manicure option at home I would highly recommend.

I’ve actually used these in the past and has never failed perfect gel wear shine and last a good few days strongly recommend even for a night evening but the shine is amazing !

Sometimes primer or top coat feels heavy or thick on the nail. This primer was the perfect consistency and dried quickly. Both the nail polish and top coat layered nicely on top and each piece dried completely. Would recommend!

I love the primer layer feels like nothing on your nails and dries super fast. The adhesion of the second layer is quick and smooth. Usually doing my nails take over an hour to dry but I got this done in 45 min!

I was expecting to have to use my UV light for this product and was excited to read that wasn’t necessary! Great coverage starting with the Primer, 2 Coats of Color and the Top Coat. I added some details on my big toe with some polish I had at home. Curious to see how long it lasts compared to the true gel Polish I normally apply to my toenails.

I love a salon manicure but I don’t always have the time or money to maintain them. I rarely do my nails at home because regular polishes chip within a couple of days. Sally Hansen Miracle Gel (the primer is a must for longevity!!!) is the solution. I’m on day 6 of this at-home manicure and there are NO chips! Im truly impressed and will probably JUST do the miracle gel system for home manicures from here on out.

Easy way to make your polish last!

I have purchased a few nail polish primers and this one is certainly one of the best. I tested this out as a mani and a pedi and can say that my nail polish has lasted at least 8 days - perfectly on my pedi and with only minor chips on my mani. I find that other nail primers/base coats can make your lighter polish discolor quickly or even peel the entire paint job off within a couple of days but thankfully that was not the case with this gem from Sally Hansen. If you are using a polish that is not so opaque such as a thin white polish this base coat won’t help you get to ideal opacity so you may need at least 3 coats to get the look you want. Used in conjunction with a good polish and the Sally Hansen miracle top coat your mani/pedi will be a definite winner!

This gel color grip primer seems like the real deal so far. I hope it’s a game changer for my nail polish routine! It dries quickly, has a nice wide brush for application and so far, the polish on my toes has lasted well. The polish on my fingernails has chipped around the edges after two days, but I tend to be hard on my hands. I will come back and update my review if my toe nail polish chips off like it did with my color I tried before trying this trio!

I love that it’s so clear and easy to use. I legit have had it for a week now and it hasn’t chipped or even lifted. I work a lot with water and my hands and I love that the nail polish is still in tact.

It’s been 2 days since I applied this nail polish trio and already I’m impressed. I don’t have time to be dainty about my nails - I’m a working mom of a toddler in diapers, and a weekend warrior. Just this weekend alone, since applying the polish, I’ve been in gymnastics with my daughter, spent an afternoon at the zoo, played on a playground with her, went to another playground the next day before church, went on an afternoon hike, and played in the backyard after scrubbing patio furniture for 45 minutes to prep for summer.
I did not go easy on this polish, and there is not a single chip in sight. That never happens to me unless I use gel nail strips. I’ll definitely keep using this product. I’m not one to pay to get my nails done, but this product performs like I did. Very impressive!

Application of the primer was easy, the brush went on smoothly and had a good consistency once it was applied.
I would definitely recommend using this primer with your nail polish and top coat.
The top coat I applied wasn’t fully dried so I smudged it by accident, other than that everything was great! I’d use this again.

Ok so I am not a professional nail artist by any means! As a busy mom, nurse, and grad student I don’t always have time to make it to the nail salon! I promise this Sally Hansen trio is salon quality! I usually get a gel pedicure from the salon- this 3 step process was very user friendly and easy for anyone to use! Apply the primer, then 2 coats of the polish and topcoat and you are looking at a salon quality finish that lasts just as good! You don’t even need a curing UV light! My new go-to product!!! I absolutely love the color “red eye” it’s the prefect shade of red!

I did really see the difference when I used this primer. Usually my nail polish have some chips after I wash my hair in shower even if it’s just once. With this thing I was surprised that It didn’t have any cracks after I showered. I’m impressed!

This nail polish was very easy to apply. I love this color, especially for the summer. I would describe it as a perfect cornflower blue color. I have only painted my toenails so far but I’m looking forward to painting my fingernails once they need a new color.

I like to keep my nails long naturally, and I also love doing my nail at home, so I bought a lot of nail products. This is one of my favorite primers. It's dry fast, firmly adheres to the nail and supports nail hardening well. One more huge plus point is this primer does not smell bad like some other nail gel. Highly recommended.

The whole system works great together. I’m usually rough with my hands (kids baths, dishes, frequent hand washing) and it has held up longer than other polishes. It’s also shiny and love the brush application.
