I can never keep my cuticles short no matter what product I try. However this is easy to apply and stays on pretty well.

It did absolutely nothing to my dry, breaking, splitting nails! It’s just a regular base coat to me. Very disappointed!

A little messy

I was excite to receive this sample and it seems easy to use. It’s more of a lotion consistency so I feel like it’s messier to use than an oil. The day after I used it I felt like my cuticles were worse and my skin was peeling around my nail bed. I prefer an oil cuticle remover bc it never had those effects.

Messy-hazard

I find this moisturizing, has jojoba seed oil, coconut oil, apricot kernel oil, aloe leaf extract, chamomile flower extract. This is a cream and It does not have a point tip, so you have to try and spread it nicely onto your cuticles either with the wood sticks or your fingers.... It will get messy.... This is a big problem.... As it will be a lot easier to accidentally get in your eyes. The box does not have a warning, but the tube does. It reads: WARNING: Contains alkali. Avoid contact with eyes. May cause blindness.

Overrated?

I used the product as directed, but my cuticles did not look as stunning as the product claimed they would. My cuticles are thick, and this cream didn't seem to be able to soften some of them enough for me to push back. I feel like this cream is overrated. I would not recommend this product.

Did Nothing

Liked the idea of it and the packaging but tried it multiple times on myself and my boyfriend who has worse cuticles and didn't notice much of a difference. Wouldn't recommend.

ummm

I’m honestly not sure if it worked. It was easy to apply and it did soften my cuticles. It was extremely easy to push my cuticles down but other than that it didn’t really remove the cuticles. I had to use a cuticle remover afterwards. Maybe I was doing it wrong but I wouldn’t recommend.

It’s okay

I can’t say I was super impressed by this product. Maybe it was user error (I tried it twice) but I didn’t see much of the “removal” aspect. I mean the instructions are easy to follow, easy to use but know that your fingers will be out of commission for about 7 minutes, which isn’t a big deal. It is nice that the cuticle removal sticks come included and the scent is light and not chemically at all. But overall I just didn’t see much of a difference.

Ineffective

So this product wasn’t difficult to use and it wasn’t irritating nor did it have a strong smell. The product was a medium thick consistency and it came with 2 wooden sticks to push cuticles back. But that’s about it, it did not remove cuticles whatsoever and I feel like the wooden stick was what basically did all the work. This did not work for me at all and my cuticles weren’t thick or difficult to normally deal with.

Not for me

This could possibly be because I’ve never used a product like this before, but I don’t really see the difference that this product is supposed to make. It does smell good, though!

Hmm..

I'm not sure that this is really a necessary step in at-home manicures. The warnings sound scary. It smells fine but I just don't think it made a world of difference in how I clean up my cuticles. I don't think I'd recommend this.

Doesn’t work that well. It is moisturizing, but doesn’t do enough to help remove the cuticles.

We're sorry you were disappointed with the result of our Problem Cuticle Remover. Your feedback is very valuable to us. We are glad it is moisturizing! We recommend trying our Instant Cuticle Remover, which has a gel formula and breaks down cuticles in 15 seconds. We hope you try it! I use this all the time my cuticles are horrible and I really don’t think it does anything but they are slightly easier to push back after.

This product does more to moisturize your cuticles than to remove them in my experience,... Frankly, I had better results with Sally Hansen Instant Cuticle Remover 8 and would highly recommend that over this product. This just kind on softened the rough edges of my cuticles and left them there as is. I wish I didn’t waste my money on this product, but at least I figured out what works best for me, right?? Still love Sally Hansen as a brand ❤️

Eh. I tried to use this on my toes. I have VERY thick cuticles and they tend to grow high. This didn’t do anything that olive oil wouldn’t do...it didn’t even help lift them to be cut. So, I won’t be repurchasing.

I had super high hopes for this product. I attempted to do my nails and my moms nails filling the instructions to a T. Both flopped. Didn’t remove even the slightest amount of cuticle.

I wasn't impressed with this product. It simply didn't work for me. It didn't help soften my cuticles or make it easy for me to remove them. I didn't like the scent either. I will not continue to use this.

I tried this stuff and it did not work.  They should make a formula that actually removes cuticles if they are going to call it cuticle remover.

Don’t bother. It’s like using an oily lotion. The stick provided to push back the cuticles is very dull.

This was a waste of money. It did nothing. I tried following the directions on the bottle and I tried doing it my own way. No matter what I still had crusty cuticles. And it was slightly irritating but my skin isn't sensitive so that didn't bother me.

I didn’t notice a difference in using this proudly at all. My cuticle are out of control, so a little extra budge always helps when giving myself a manicure, but lotion works just as well as this product.

Apparently not for people with sensitive skin!

I bought this product 5 days ago and was excited to get home and use it. I followed the directions, but was shocked when close to a minute after applying the product on my cuticles my fingers started burning and I noticed blisters popping up everywhere the product was. I don't recall reading a warning for possible chemical burn for users with sensitive skin. I'm going to assume I have sensitive skin considering the degree of the burn and how fast I began to blister. I've never had a reaction like this before with any other cuticle cream, just with hair bleach for facial hair and Nair.

It doesn't soften cuticles for easy removal-nor dissolve them. I use it but do not see results, I am disappointed

No, I do not recommend this product.
