Official Rules


To enter the Sally Hansen Sweet on Pinks Posting Contest (the “Contest”), you must agree to and abide by these Official Rules.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

Contest may only be entered in or from the 50 United States and the District of Columbia and entries originating from any other jurisdiction are not eligible for entry. This Contest is governed exclusively by the laws of the United States. You are not authorized to participate in the Contest if you are not located within the 50 United States or the District of Columbia.

1. Contest Entry Start/End Dates. The Contest begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on February 12, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM ET on April 9, 2026 (“Contest Period”).

2. Eligibility. Contest may only be entered in or from the 50 United States and the District of Columbia by individuals who, at the time of entry, are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the age of majority in their state, whichever is older. Void where prohibited. The Contest is governed exclusively by the laws of the United States and subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Employees, officers and directors of Coty Inc. (the “Sponsor”) and its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, advertising and promotion agencies, manufacturers or distributors of promotion materials, and their immediate families (parents, children, siblings, spouse) or members of the same household (whether related or not) of such employees, officers and directors are not eligible to enter the Contest.

3. How to Enter. Eligible creators will receive an email with a link to register for the Contest, hosted on a third-party platform. To enter, participants should click the link and log into their TikTok account which will sync their TikTok content with the Contest for eligibility. Once logged in, click the “Register” button on the host site, then “Proceed to Enter Details”, and provide the applicable information. After clicking “Save and Continue”, the registrant will be confirmed as a participant in the Contest (each, a “Participant”).

4. How to Compete. To participate in the Contest, individuals must first enter the Contest in accordance with these Official Rules. After entering the Contest, Participants must generate sales of Sally Hansen products available on TikTok Shop by creating original TikTok shoppable videos or hosting TikTok Live broadcasts in accordance with these Official Rules.

Participants who generate at least $1,000 GMV during the Contest Period will be eligible for first place prizes. Among those eligible Participants, the five (5) Participants with the highest number of TikTok shoppable videos and/or Live broadcasts will receive the first place prizes. Any remaining $1,000 GMV Participants will then be considered for second place along with all other Participants who generated at least $500 GMV. Among the qualifying Participants, the ten (10) Participants with the highest number of videos and/or broadcasts will receive second place prizes. All entry information, content and other information or materials in your videos shall be collectively referred to herein as the “Submissions” or each as a “Submission.” Submissions must comply with the Guidelines and Restrictions (as defined below).

By entering, each Participant represents and warrants the following with respect to Participant’s Submissions: (a) Participant is the sole and exclusive owner of the Submissions; and (b) the Submissions will not infringe on any rights of any third parties.

Providing a Submission constitutes Participant’s consent to give Sponsor a royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, create derivative works from, and display such Submissions in whole or in part, on a worldwide basis, in perpetuity, and to incorporate it into other works, in any form, media or technology now known or later developed, for any purpose whatsoever, including for promotional or marketing purposes.

Additionally, Participants grant Sponsor the irrevocable right and permission to use, reproduce, display, distribute, edit, modify, photograph, film, and record their likeness, image, voice, and appearance, as well as their name, social media handle(s) and biographical information (collectively, the “Appearance”), as included in or in connection with their Submissions and participation in the Contest, in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed, for any purpose whatsoever, including for promotional or marketing purposes. Sponsor shall be the exclusive owner of any recordings, photographs, or videos created by or on behalf of Sponsor in connection with the Contest, and shall have the irrevocable right to use, reproduce, modify, publish, or distribute the Appearance and such materials in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed, for any purpose, including promotional or marketing purposes.

Participants may submit multiple entries during the Contest Period. There is no limit to the number of TikTok shoppable videos or Live broadcasts a Participant may create. Any attempt to manipulate the Contest by using multiple accounts, false identities, or automated systems will result in disqualification. For purposes of this Contest, in the event of a dispute regarding the ownership of a TikTok account, the authorized account holder of the email address or phone number associated with the TikTok account will be deemed the Participant. The Participant represents and warrants that they are the rightful owner of the account and the content submitted.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, stolen, incomplete, invalid, or garbled Submissions, which will be disqualified, or for problems of any kind whether mechanical, human, or electronic. Proof of Submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. By entering the Contest, Participants fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these rules, which will be final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest.

5. Submission Guidelines and Content Restrictions: By entering the Contest, each Participant agrees that Participant’s Submissions conform to the Submission Guidelines and Content Restrictions (collectively, the “Guidelines and Restrictions”) and that Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may remove any Submission and disqualify any Participant or Submission from the Contest if it believes, in its sole discretion, that the Participant’s Submission fails to conform to the Guidelines and Restrictions.

Submission Guidelines:

  • All Submissions must be primarily in English;
  • Submissions must be original content created by the Participant;
  • Each Submission must comply with all applicable advertising, endorsement, and disclosure laws and regulations, including the Federal Trade Commission’s Endorsement Guides;
  • Submissions must be truthful and not contain false, misleading, or deceptive statements about products or Sponsor;
  • Each Submission must clearly and conspicuously disclose the material connection between Participant and Sponsor, including TikTok required labels;
  • Submissions must comply with TikTok’s Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and any other applicable platform rules.

Content Restrictions:

  • Submissions must not contain material that violates or infringes any rights of any other party, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or any other intellectual property rights;
  • Submissions must not disparage Sponsor or any other person or party;
  • Submissions must not contain material that is inappropriate, indecent, obscene, hateful, tortious, defamatory, slanderous or libelous;
  • Submissions must not contain material that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred, or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age;
  • Submissions must not contain material that is unlawful, in violation of or contrary to the laws or regulations of the United States or of any jurisdiction where Submissions are created;
  • Submissions must not be created using automated systems or bots;
  • Submissions may only include audio or music that Participants have the legal right to use for commercial purposes in connection with this Contest, including music from TikTok’s Commercial Music Library, original audio created by the Participant, or audio expressly approved by the Brand. Use of unlicensed or infringing music may result in disqualification;
  • Submissions must be consistent with the image and values of Sponsor and be consistent with and satisfy the purpose of the Contest;
  • Submissions must not include prominent references or features of other beauty brands, as determined by Sponsor’s sole discretion.

To the extent that a Submission includes any claim or statement regarding Participant’s use of any Sally Hansen product, Participant (a) represents and warrants that such claim or statement reflects their actual experience using the product in accordance with its instructions, and (b) agrees, upon Sponsor’s request and without compensation, to confirm one or more times in the future that they continue to hold the opinions expressed in the Submission.

Each Participant acknowledges that other Participants may have used ideas and/or concepts in their Submission that may be similar in idea or concept to what is included in Participant’s Submission. Each Participant understands and agrees that he/she shall not have any claim against any other Participant or Sponsor arising out any such similarity or be entitled to any compensation because of any such similarity.

Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Contest, including, but not limited to, interpretation and application of these Official Rules. By entering the Contest, Participants fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these rules, which will be final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest.

6. Winner Selection. Fifteen (15) winners will be selected from eligible Participant entries during the Contest Period. First place prizes will be awarded to the five (5) Participants who generated at least $1,000 GMV and created the highest number of TikTok shoppable videos and Live broadcasts. Any remaining $1,000 GMV Participants will automatically be included for the second place prizes. Second place prizes will then be awarded to the ten (10) Participants with the highest number of videos and Live broadcasts among all Participants generating at least $500 GMV. In the event of a tie in either prize category, the tied Participants will be ranked based on the date and time of who first reached the tied number of Contest Submissions. All determinations of GMV, total number or videos, eligibility, and ranking will be made by Sponsor and a representative of Sponsor, and all determinations are final and binding. The Sponsor’s representative will also be responsible for notifying the winners.

7. Prizes. First Place (5 Winners): Five (5) winners who qualify by achieving at least $1,000 in GMV and, among those Participants, have the highest number of TikTok shoppable videos or Live broadcasts will each receive Sally Hansen PR mailers for one (1) year (estimated value $500 each). Total ARV of all first place prizes: $2,500.

Second Place (10 Winners): Ten (10) winners who qualify by achieving at least $500 in GMV (including any remaining $1,000 GMV participants not selected for first place) and, among those Participants, have the highest number of TikTok shoppable videos or Live broadcasts will each receive a Sally Hansen Best Sellers package (estimated value $200 each). Total ARV of all second place prizes: $2,000.

All prizes are non-transferable. No substitutions or cash redemptions. In the case of unavailability of a prize, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All taxes and unspecified expenses are the responsibility of winners. Sponsor is not responsible for delays or failures in shipping or fulfillment of any prizes. If fewer than the stated number of Participants meet the GMV or other eligibility requirements for a prize, Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may either: (a) not award the remaining prize(s), or (b) award the remaining prize(s) to the next highest performing Participant(s) based on GMV and/or number of TikTok shoppable videos or Live broadcasts, even if such Participant(s) did not meet the original GMV threshold. All determinations of eligibility and ranking for this purpose shall be made by Sponsor, and such decisions are final and binding. All prizes are awarded “as is” without warranty or guarantee, either express or implied, and all prize details not specified in these Official Rules are determined at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

8. Notification. Winners will be notified on or about May 22, 2026, and may be required to sign and return, where legal, an Affidavit of Eligibility, and/or rights transfer document within two (2) calendar days of receipt. Age verification and identification will be required, upon Sponsor’s request. Additionally, winners may be required to obtain releases from any and all third parties appearing in their respective Submissions. Subject to compliance with these Official Rules, prizes will be fulfilled beginning on or about June 8, 2026, and continuing through July 10, 2026.

If any potential winner cannot be contacted within five (5) calendar days of first notification attempt, if any prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, if any potential winner rejects his/her/their prize or in the event of noncompliance with the Official Rules and requirements, such prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate (time-permitting). Upon prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given.

9. Promotional Activities. During the Contest Period, Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, run advertisements or promote Participants’ Submissions on TikTok (“Promotional Activities”). Such Promotional Activities may include, but are not limited to, paid boosting of videos or featuring Submissions in sponsored posts. A Submission must receive at least one thousand (1,000) organic views before Sponsor may elect to promote or boost that Submission. GMV generated from any Promotional Activities run by Sponsor will not count toward a Participant’s GMV for purposes of prize eligibility. Participating in the Contest does not guarantee that a Submission will be promoted, and Sponsor is not required to boost and/or promote any Submission. Separately, Sponsor may participate in TikTok’s automated advertising tool, GMVMax. Sponsor does not control which Submissions GMVMax boosts or how any promoted Submissions perform.

If any technical issues, platform errors, or reporting discrepancies occur during the Contest Period, including but not limited to delays, incomplete data or inaccurate GMV reporting, Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, adjust GMV totals, exclude affected Submissions, and/or determine prize eligibility. Sponsor is not responsible for any errors, malfunctions, delays, omissions, or losses of any kind that may affect Submissions or GMV. Participants agree that Sponsor’s decisions on such matters are final and binding.

10. General Conditions. BY PARTICIPATING, PARTICIPANTS AND WINNERS AGREE TO RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS THE SPONSOR, ITS ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION AGENCIES, AND EACH OF THEIR PARENT COMPANIES, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, PARTNERS, REPRESENTATIVES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, SUCCESSORS, AND ASSIGNS (COLLECTIVELY, THE “RELEASED ENTITIES”), FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, FOR LOSS, HARM, DAMAGE, INJURY, COST OR EXPENSE WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, PROPERTY DAMAGE, PERSONAL INJURY AND/OR DEATH WHICH MAY OCCUR IN CONNECTION WITH, PREPARATION FOR, TRAVEL TO, OR PARTICIPATION IN CONTEST, OR POSSESSION, ACCEPTANCE AND/OR USE OR MISUSE OF PRIZE OR PARTICIPATION IN ANY CONTEST-RELATED ACTIVITY AND FOR ANY CLAIMS BASED ON PUBLICITY RIGHTS, DEFAMATION, INVASION OF PRIVACY, COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT, TRADEMARK INFRINGEMENT OR ANY OTHER INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY-RELATED CAUSE OF ACTION. Any and all federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winners. By accepting a Prize, each winner grants Sponsor the right and permission to use their name, likeness, photograph, voice, biographical information, and any statements made by the winner regarding the Contest or Sponsor for advertising and promotional purposes, without further payment, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide in perpetuity, without notice, review, or approval, except where prohibited by law. Participants who do not comply with the Official Rules or attempt to interfere with the Contest in any way shall be disqualified. Sponsor is not responsible if this Contest cannot take place or if any Prize cannot be awarded, in whole or in part, due to acts of God, acts of war, natural disasters, weather, acts of terrorism, or other causes beyond Sponsor’s control. In the event of a dispute regarding Submissions submitted from multiple users associated with the same TikTok account, the authorized account holder of the TikTok account at the time of entry will be deemed the Participant and must comply with these Official Rules. For purposes of this Contest, the “authorized account holder” means the natural person who is assigned to the email address or phone number associated with the TikTok account. Participants may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. If you participate in the Contest using a mobile or connected tablet device, standard data fees may apply. Participants should consult their wireless service provider’s pricing plan for details. Participants agree to incur any and all charges demanded by their wireless carrier.

11. Additional Terms. Any attempted form of entry other than as set forth above is prohibited; no automatic, programmed, robotic or similar means of entry are permitted. Released Entities are not responsible for technical, hardware, software, telephone or other communications malfunctions, errors or failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, web site, Internet, or Internet service provider availability, unauthorized human intervention, traffic congestion, incomplete or inaccurate capture of entry information (regardless of cause) or failed, incomplete, garbled, jumbled or delayed computer transmissions which may limit one’s ability to enter the Contest, including any injury or damage to Participant’s or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participating in this Contest or downloading any materials in this Contest. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, extend or suspend this Contest should (in its sole discretion) virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, fraud or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Contest. In such case, Sponsor may select the winners from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest. Sponsor may prohibit any Participant from participating in the Contest or winning a Prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that such Participant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices (including the use of automated quick entry programs) or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other Participants or Sponsor representatives. All entries become the sole and exclusive property of the Sponsor and receipt of entries will not be acknowledged or returned. By entering the Contest, Participants fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, which will be final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A PARTICIPANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

12. Limitation of Liability; Disclaimer of Warranties. IN NO EVENT WILL THE RELEASED ENTITIES BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF ACCESS TO AND/OR USE OF ANY SITES ASSOCIATED WITH THE CONTEST AND/OR THE CONTEST ITSELF AND/OR DOWNLOADING FROM AND/OR PRINTING MATERIAL DOWNLOADED FROM ANY SITES ASSOCIATED WITH THE CONTEST. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, THIS CONTEST AND ALL PRIZES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. CHECK YOUR LOCAL LAWS FOR ANY RESTRICTIONS OR LIMITATIONS REGARDING THESE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS.

13. Disputes; Governing Law. The parties waive all rights to trial in any action or proceeding instituted in connection with these Official Rules, including, without limitation, the Contest. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Official Rules and/or the Contest shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association. Any such controversy or claim shall be arbitrated on an individual basis, and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party. The arbitration shall be conducted in the State of New York, City of New York.

THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE INTERPRETATION OF ITS TERMS SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK WITHOUT REGARD TO ITS CONFLICTS OF LAWS RULES. For any matters which are not subject to arbitration as set forth in these Official Rules and/or in connection with the entering of any judgment on an arbitration award in connection with these Official Rules and/or the Contest, the parties irrevocably submit and consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in or closest to New York County in the State of New York. The parties agree not to raise the defense of forum non conveniens.

14. Use of Data. Sponsor will be collecting personal data about Participants online, in accordance with its privacy policy. Please review Sponsor’s privacy policy at https://privacy.coty.com/en_us/. By participating in the Contest, Participants hereby agree to Sponsor’s collection and usage of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted Sponsor’s privacy policy.

15. Name of Winner/List of Winners. To obtain the name of the winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope by July 17, 2026, to: Coty Inc., 350 Fifth Avenue, New York, NY 10118, Attention: Sally Hansen, eCommerce Manager.
