    Push back cuticles on each finger with included pusher.

    Use prep pad (included) to clean nails and area around the nails.

    Hold the strips slip over nails to select the best fitting strip for each nail. 32 strips are included to find your perfect fit.

    Remove one strip and place against cuticle line, and press firmly starting at the cuticle (working towards your nail's tip) for a strong bond.

    If the stip is longer than your nail, fold excess material and gently file away to a smooth, even edge using included nail file.
