Start fresh: Apply Instant Cuticle Remover to prep nails, use a cuticle pusher to remove.
Paint, dry, repeat: Apply one coat of Color Therapy™ to clean, dry, nails and allow to dry for 2-3 minutes. Then apply a second coat and let dry thoroughly.
